things are messing up when i upload. they end up with 0kb, and they're automatically assigned to files that are already assigned, not the files that should be assigned. there's no longer a box to pick which file to assign to the item.

The tp-downloads folder was set to the wrong permissions, 774. That means the webserver was not able to read or write to the directory at all. I fixed it by chown'ing it to rayray:nobody and chmod 775.
