Freedom of assembly is a constitutional right, making it the highest law in the land that ensures that we have the right to, as Wikipedia states, "take part in any gatherings that one wishes". It is guaranteed by the First amendment of the U.S. Constitution, making it the most important of all amendments to the constitution.

SO WHY IS IT THAT A PEACEFUL RAVE CAN BE SHUT DOWN BY THE COPS FOR NOT HAVING A PERMIT?

Someone please explain to me how this is not an unconstitutional breach of law. Because personally, I think it is. Personally, I think that what these officers are doing to the rave scene is immoral, unethical, unconstitutional, and UNAMERICAN.

We are the people. We are America. Americans want to have fun, live their life, and be free. And if you're opposed to that kind of thing, you know what that makes you? Go ahead and take a wild guess.

We're not free anymore.

It's a fairy tale we tell children so they can have pride till they're old enough to know better

 Cry

Why didn't the constitutional framers put in place a system that would ensure that the peoples' rights are respected?

Indeed.

They put in "CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW ..." right in the 1st amendment.

but they forgot to put in "And if they do, they will be summarily executed"

A minor oversight, which we're now reaping the folly of.
